You are purchasing a postal return service for a?Xerox Trained / Fiery Authorised Technician to rebuild your EFI Fiery Server.

1. You post the controller to us
2. We reload and rebuild the server software using the latest official EFI version for the specific controller model
3. We test the controller
4. We ship the controller back to you

Our turnaround time is approximately 3 working days.

We can rebuild the majority of Fiery Controllers fitted to Xerox Digital Graphic Presses.

Once purchased and paid please tell us the following;

1. Model of Xerox machine
2. Type of Fiery Controller fitted (Internal or External)
   
3. Version of Command Workstation and the type of computer (P.C. or Mac) as well as the software version it is running on.
4. Fault with Fiery and any error codes messages (please send pictures of the error code and a sample of the print output if relevant)
   
5. Any additional licenses and the LAC
