Shipping territories

We only ship to UK mainland addresses. Extra charges apply to the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for a quotation.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed by 3 PM for next business day delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or there is a delay with Xerox Distribution shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship our products to you directly from Xerox Distribution who have sole discretion in the carrier they use, typically Parcelforce.

Next business day delivery is only available for orders placed before 3 PM with delivery addresses on the UK Mainland.

Delivery delays can occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Upon request, we can provide the Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery completion

Parcelforce will require a signature. If they are unable to obtain a signature they will not your leave your shipment. We can provide a proof of delivery signature upon request.

Damages

Scriptum Document Solutions Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
